Grand View of Potala Palace, Tibet
In the seventh century AD, King Songtsan Gampo of Tufan, built a palace for his marriage to Princess Wen-Cheng of the Tang Dynasty to show off to offspring. In the seventeenth century, Dalai V built two red and white palaces, and then expanded by Dalai XIII. , which became today's Potala Palace. The building is thirteen stories high with thousands of rooms and from east to west end is more than 360 meters long. It is the largest Buddhist temple palace in the world. The view from Lhasa, the capital city, is very mysterious and magnificent.
