Q1. How can I make payment in Jcard?
A: Currently the Jcard platform accepts ATM money transfer in Taiwan and only part of NFTs items can be paid by credit card.
Q2. Why should I purchase NFT if I can screenshot or screen record the images on the website?
A: NFT (Non-FungibleToken) is an encrypted record of digital files in the blockchain to verify authenticity and ownership. Detailed information about the collection can be encrypted and stored on the blockchain, including the issuer, creator information, historical purchase records, previous collectors, etc., which helps to verify the authenticity and ownership of the collection. The rest of the images obtained by means of screenshots or screen recordings are all unofficial releases, and the creators reserve legal rights of prosecution.
Q3. Can I return the digital goods?
A: In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, Article 2, Paragraph 5 of the "Guidelines for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Communication Transactions", digital content that is not provided in tangible media shall be provided immediately. In order to complete the online service, you cannot enjoy the seven-day hesitation period, and no return is allowed. Please read the terms of use carefully before purchasing. Once you purchase, you agree to these terms.
Q4. What is Jpower?
A: Jpower is a bonus which is issued by the Jcard platform to reward our loyal users and it can be obtained when Jcard user has completed specific tasks we provide. Jpower can be used to exchange for Jcard exclusive gifts or used for other special functions or services on the Jpower store.
Q5. Can I return or refund the JPoint that I bought?
A:Customers have the following two options to fill out the form then request their refunds:

A: If your purchased digital goods did not show in “Your Collection”, please contact Jcard Facebook fan page or email us, we will reply to you ASAP.

A: You can apply online, please fill in the application form:

Q10. How do I exchange my digital rights ?
A: You can exchange your NFT with our affiliate platform, such as NFTgogo.
Q11. Can I transfer digital rights from Jcard to my other digital wallet?
A: Jcard offers the service of transferring digital rights to an external wallet (such as Metamask Little Fox); go to My Collection -> click on the card you want to withdraw -> apply for withdrawal. It takes 1-3 working days to process.
Please notice that once NFT is transferred out to "Jcard", it cannot be transferred back to the platform, and the NFT content may not be displayed in non-mainstream wallets. Please confirm the liquidity, visibility, and appropriate trading platform after the transformation.

※ When withdrawing, pay attention to the blockchain address and the type of blockchain used by the card. Be sure to double-check the blockchain address before requesting a withdrawal. Due to the nature of the blockchain, the incorrect address cannot be sent back
Q12. Will there be a handling fee for withdrawing the digital rights ?
A: When withdrawing Jcard's Digital Rights to an external wallet, a minimum handling fee of 150 NTD will be charged, and the price will be dynamically adjusted according to the status on the blockchain. Please read the instructions carefully before withdrawing the Digital Rights .
Q13. How long will it take to receive the NFT?
A: Since the withdrawal action involves the platform's AML review and risk control procedures, Jcard will do its best to complete the withdrawal within one working day, thank you for your understanding.
Q14. Can I deposit or withdraw USDT?
A: In order to comply with the standards of the competent authority, this platform considers using legal currency to buy NFT, and does not support any crypto currency.
Q15. Can I transfer my digital rights on Jcard to the other user on this platform?
A: You can go to My Collection -> Click on the card you want to transfer to another user -> Apply for transfer

※ Depending on the publisher, some products cannot be transferred as a gift.
※ In order for the transfer to work, the receiver must have access to the Jcard's email.
